Return Policy

In order to keep our prices at the lowest level, many of the products you purchase through WWW.DVRSYSTEMS.NET are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or other stocking houses. Returns will be accepted PRIOR to 30 Days after delivery without a Service Charge or Restocking Fee. HOWEVER, Because we must physically carry returns until they are resold, after 30 Days, we charge a 25% restock fee for items returned for other reasons than defective merchandise. Defective merchandise will be covered by warranty and will be replaced with identical items.

Defective merchandise, requires prior authorization for an RMA before return.

This policy does not limit us from offering other options at our discretion.
